Terms of Service – The Hope for the Flowers Official Shop
By visiting or purchasing from The Hope for the Flowers Shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders and Fulfillment
All products are made to order through one of our print-on-demand partners. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled or changed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept secure online payments through Shopify and PayPal.

3. Shipping
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce and 3–4 business days to ship within the U.S. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs and images featured in the Hope for the Flowers Collection are copyrighted and used with permission from Trina Paulus. These works may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written consent.

5. Returns
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns except for damaged or defective products. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
