Returns & Exchanges Policy – The Hope for the Flowers Store

Each product in our Hope for the Flowers Collection is made just for you when you order it. Because all items are printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been sent to production unless there is a production
error or defect. We hope you understand that this approach helps us reduce waste and honor our commitment to sustainability — every item is created with care, just for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@inhopealways.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo showing the problem
Once we review it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Issues
If your package is lost in transit or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll work with our print partners to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for:
• Wrong size or color selection
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
